Day 1: Arrive Tehran
Arrival at Tehran airport, greeted by the local guide and transfer to hotel.
Day 2: Tehran
After enjoying breakfast at the hotel , you will start your city tour. You will get to know the history of the country in the National Museum, enjoy the precious stones exhibited there as well as the crown jewels of the Persian kings in the Jewelry Museum and admire the architecture and decoration in the Golestan Palace, the Qajar governmental and residential palace from the late 18th to the early 20th century. In the evening an appointment with modern Iranian women is planned in a café. Dinner and overnight in Tehran.
Day 3: Tehran – Masuleh – Rasht
Breakfast at the hotel , Departure to Rasht, via Rudbar and the village of Masuleh stop along the way for visits. Time permitting, also visit the Gilan Rural Heritage Museum in Rasht. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel in Rasht
Day 4: Rasht – Talesh – Bandar anzali – Lahijan – Ramsar
Breakfast at hotel, Departure to the Caspian Sea to enjoy the lagoon in Bandar Anzali to take a boat tour. Departure to Ramsar, along the way stop in Lahijan to visit the tea museum and also converse with laborers working on tea plantations. Dinner in a local family house and overnight at the Hotel in Ramsar
Day 5 : Ramsar – Freydonkenar – Babol – Sari
Early in the morning depart towards Sari. En route stroll through the Fish Market in Fereydunkenar .
Visit Mokaremeh Museum (meeting the son of the artist Ms. Mokaremeh) in Babol.
And in Sari visit Gohar tapeh (meeting an archeologist) and Farah abad Safavid mosque.
Day 6 : Sari – Bandar abbas – Qeshm
Today you will experience other special features on the island of Qeshm. The Portuguese fort near the city of Qeshm is an important testimony to the Portuguese presence in the Persian Gulf during the 16th and 17th centuries. The Khourbas caves are your first natural spectacle of the day: they represent a rare geological phenomenon by the folding of the Zagros Follow the mountains. Over the centuries, people have worked on the walls, giving the caves their special appearance. There are many myths about the place, from the sanctuary of a Mithras cult to the refuge from pirates. This is followed by the Star Valley, a seemingly extraterrestrial landscape that was created by the erosion of the sandstone massifs over millions of years. The Chahkooh Valley (literally “a mountain of springs”) impresses with its bizarre rock formations and the artistically created irrigation canals used by the locals. You end the day with a visit to the Namakham Salt Cave, which is more than 6 km in length and is the longest accessible salt cave in the world. Overnight on the island of Qeshm.
Day 7: Qeshm – Hourmoz – Bandar abbas
You start early in the morning by boat to the island of Hormoz. Before Shah Abbas recaptured the island with the help of the British navy in 1622, it had been in Portuguese hands since 1507. The Portuguese were thus able to control the entry of ships into the Persian Gulf. The ruins of the former Portuguese fortress, which you can discover during the island tour, date from this time. The unique landscapes, beaches, caves and gorges stand out due to the particularly colored types of rock. In the afternoon return by boat to Bandar Abbas and overnight in Bandar Abbas.
Day 8: Bandar abbas – Bam
From Bandar Abbas your route today leads you to Bam. On the way, you will stop near the village of Konar Sandal, with its archaeological sites and a settlement mound dating back to 4,000 BC. The system has a side length of 300 meters, in comparison, the Cheops pyramid has a side length of 230 meters. An on-site museum displays ceramic finds and other artefacts from the excavations. Your destination for today is Bam.

Day 9: Bam – Kerman
Today you will discover Bam: the largest clay citadel in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Since the 2003 earthquake that destroyed part of the citadel, reconstruction has made a lot of progress. Detailed tour of the citadel. Continue towards Kerman with a stop en route in Mahan, known for the famous prince’s garden from the 19th century. The garden was created with an artificial watercourse on the slope and is considered a prototype of the classic Persian garden. Nearby is the mausoleum of the Sufi Master Sheikh Nematollah Vali. The complex impresses with its spiritual atmosphere and turquoise dome. A small museum provides further information about the facility. Arrival in Kerman in the evening and overnight in Kerman.

Day 10: Kerman – shiraz
A long drive via Sirjan and Sarvestan bring us to the famous city of Kerman.

A short drive first takes us to the ruins of Pasargadae which is said to be one of the oldest cities in the world then we proceed to Yazd (Na’in).

Day 14: Na’in–Isfahan:
A short drive first takes us to Na’in then we head to Isfahan, after checking into our hotel we can visit famous bridges at sunset.

Day 15: Isfahan
Isfahan is a place you can see pure Persian culture and get lost in its old bazaar.
“Isfahan is half the world,” says a proverb from the time of Shah Abbass I, which does not seem exaggerated when looking at the oasis city: the complex with its turquoise-blue domes, mosques and minarets looks like a fairytale backdrop. From the Ali-Qapu Palace you can enjoy the wonderful view of the world-famous Meidan-e Emam (UNESCO World Heritage Site), a unique ensemble of magnificent buildings: the colorful Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque with its unique faiences and the Imam Mosque, the most famous building in Isfahan: with its turquoise domes it is, as it were, a symbol of Persia. Also, you will visit the bazaar and see the Chehel Sotun Palace. Overnight in Isfahan.
Day 16: Isfahan
Today there are further visits to Isfahan on the program: Today you will visit the architecturally and historically exciting old Friday mosque, the Darb-e-Emam shrine, a pigeon tower and the Armenian quarter Dscholfa with the Vank Cathedral and a small museum attached. In the evening stroll to the 3 beautiful bridges. Overnight in Isfahan.
Day 17: Isfahan – Natanz- Abyaneh
Travel from Isfahan via Natanz to the beautifully situated village of Abyaneh. In Natanz you visit the Friday mosque and the Abdol Samad tomb. The further journey goes past Mount Karkas to Abyaneh. During a tour, the colorful clothing of the local women catches the eye. Overnight in a small hotel in Abyaneh
Day 18: Abyaneh – Kashan – IKA
The trip to the airport for return flight leads via Kashan. Sightseeing in Kashan: visit Fin garden and the house of Brodjerdiha. Subsequently stop in Qom to visit the golden dome of Fatima Masoumeh from outside. Afterwards drive onto the airport. Check in to the airport hotel to freshen up and relax before the return flight.
