Armenian sheep
Armenian sheep which can be hunted in Northwestern Iran. Horns can grow up to 81cm (32″). Average is 65-75cm (25″-30″).
Shiraz sheep
Shiraz sheep with very nice curved horns up to 75cm (30″) size.
Red sheep
Red sheep which are found in Alborz Range Mountains. Average horn size is 70-80cm (28″-31″); however, trophies up to 85cm (33″) can be found.
Esfahan sheep
Esfahan sheep which lives in Southwestern Iran and trophies between 60-70cm (23″-30″) are available.
Arak sheep
Arak sheep which is supposed to be a hybrid species between Armenian and Esfahan sheep.
Trophy size is about 62-82cm (26″-32″)
Persian Goittered Gazelle
Available in Urial, Armenian, Esfahan and Kerman sheep areas which can be combined with sheep and Ibex hunting. Horn size up to 35cm (14″) and trophies can be also hunted.
Persian Ibex
Available in Northwest, Central and Eastern Iran. Alborz Range Mountains and Southern Mountain region are famous Ibex hunting area. Average horn size is 94-104cm (32″-41″) and trophies up to 132cm (52″) can be found.
Wild Boar
Available all-around Iran with very trophy size up to 30cm (12″) and 250kg (500p). Caspian region, Northeast and Northwest areas are very good for wild boar hunting.
